How I work
The Challenge
The transition to adolescence is a period of rapid change.
As young people navigate identity, belonging, and independence, the digital world shapes how this growth unfolds — for better and for worse. Kids need meaningful guidance. The adults around them need clarity, language, and support.
My Approach
My work supports parents, educators, and school leaders in creating the conditions that help young people grow well — socially, emotionally, and ethically — in a digital age. This work is:
-
culturally responsive and community-centered
-
co-designed with educators, young people, and families
-
grounded in real family and school life
How the work unfolds
Across all partnerships, we will follow a clear, human-centered process:
-
I start by listening to understand your unique stories & needs.
-
Identify opportunities within existing rhythms.
-
Design and support a pilot.
-
Reflect, refine, and integrate what works.
-
Share learning and chart next steps.

What we focus on
Depending on context, partnerships may focus on addressing one or more of these common challenges:
-
Self-regulation & wellbeing
-
Identity & belonging
-
Agency, responsibility & readiness
-
Relationships, conflict & repair
-
Digital life & technology culture
-
Adult–child partnership and shared norms
