Keynote
Adolescent Wellness in the Digital Age: Developing Thoughtful, Healthy Relationships with Technology
This 90-minute keynote will explore how families and educators can support young people in building balanced, intentional relationships with technology. Drawing on research from developmental psychology and education, the session offers practical frameworks and conversation tools that help adolescents strengthen judgment, emotional awareness, and real-world life skills alongside their digital habits. Participants leave with clear strategies they can apply immediately at home and in the classroom. Includes a Q+A with Betty Ray, as well as Dr Jill Romans (Pine Cobble School Head) and Scott Burg (developmental psychologist)
