"Can't Look Away: The Case Against Social Media" A panel discussion
"Cant Look Away" is a documentary that explores the intentionally addictive design of social media, and its impact on teenagers.I will be facilitating a conversation for the parents at Redwood Heights, an Oakland, CA elementary school, sharing the latest research, as well as practical strategies to help kids navigate social media while reducing risk and building good judgment. My focus is on helping kids build the inner resilience through strengthening inner capacities around identity, agency, belonging, and purpose.
